Our Beginnings

We started our journey from a well-used computer desk in a bedroom. Today we operate from our humble 800ft² sub-terranean lab in Alberta. Our starting goal was to build life-sized recreations of the animatronic cast from the FNAF series.

Our Focus

We’re focused on developing anthropomorphic robots, actuators, and decentralized secure cryptographic communications systems.

Our Mandate

Our MISSION is to DISRUPT the humanoid robotics market with fully-customizable, affordable open-source humanoid robots. Our mission is not complete until everyone has a humanoid robot.

Inspiration – August 2014

The first FNAF game releases worldwide. It s from this that we gain our inspiration to build walking animatronics. Project ’87 is conceived.
