Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality products, each thoroughly tested before packaging and shipment. Please review our refund and returns policy below to understand your options.

Inspection of Items

  • Customers must visually inspect items for damage or defects while they remain in their sealed, transparent inner packaging.
  • If damage or defects are identified during inspection, the item may be eligible for return on a per-item basis.

Returns Eligibility

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or refunds for:
    • Opened packages
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable products
    • Fluids or consumable items
    • End-of-Life (EOL) or clearance items (final sale)
  • Eligible Returns: Only defective products in their sealed inner packaging, purchased within the last 30 days, are eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
  • Restocking Fees: Certain items, as indicated on their product page, may be subject to a restocking fee if returned. Please review the product page for details before initiating a return.
  • Upon receipt, we will evaluate the returned item to confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  1. Inspect the Item: Check for damage or defects while the item is in its sealed inner packaging.
  2. Contact Us: If a defect is identified, contact our customer service team at sales@anthrobotics.ca to initiate a return.
  3. Return Shipment: Follow the provided instructions to return the item in its original, sealed inner packaging.
  4. Evaluation: We will assess the returned item to confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement.
  5. Resolution: If approved, we will process a refund (subject to any applicable restocking fees) or send a replacement, based on your preference and availability.

Shipping Returns

  • Return Instructions: Contact our customer service team at sales@anthrobotics.ca to obtain return instructions and a mailing address.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Delivery Time: The time for a replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
  • Recommendations for High-Value Items: For expensive items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
